Refreshing and refocusing leadership in ministry

Riverside at St Jude’s is the diocesan leadership programme designed to help refresh and refocus leadership in ministry. Riverside is aimed at clergy of incumbent status (including chaplains) who have been in their current ministry for at least one to two years. Commitment to attend the full programme is essential for anyone who wishes to participate.

Followed by 2-day Residential, Tuesday 15 - Thursday 17 January 2019 at Canterbury Cathedral Lodge CT1 2EH

It combines applied teaching in various core areas of leadership along with reflective learning and the setting of personal goals in small groups. We are delighted to have a varied and experienced team from across the diocese, to teach and to facilitate small groups. The programme considers the challenges of church leadership within a framework that is shaped by Christ and his Kingdom, as well as drawing on best thinking from wider leadership expertise.
